一 、是在開工前編制施工組織設計及施工方案，施工進度計劃。材料設備、成品、半成品等進場計劃送監(jiān)理審批后再交業(yè)主。并在進場后抓緊做好項目劃分單位工程、單元工程、工序工程。

三 、是開挖和回填土方面：開挖基礎的深度和寬度要符合按設計要求。如有異常現(xiàn)象應及時向監(jiān)理、業(yè)主匯報，待做出處理決定后再繼續(xù)施工。回填土要按照要求進行回填，否則一律不予驗收。

四 、是隱蔽工程務必經(jīng)監(jiān)理及現(xiàn)場代表到現(xiàn)場核實。驗收簽證并拍照后，方可進行下一道工序。施工方務必將工程簽證資料在相應工程結(jié)束后5天內(nèi)完成并提交給業(yè)主。

4、 It is a concealed project that must be verified by the supervisor and on-site representative on site. After receiving the acceptance certificate and taking photos, the next process can proceed. The construction party must complete and submit the project visa documents to the owner within 5 days after the completion of the corresponding project.
